Week 6: Yep

Yes, we are still using the potty. I feel like Amaryllis is less and less comfortable sitting in a dirty diaper and holds it longer. Whether or not I am home (or have the time!) to take her to the potty is hit or miss. But we are still going at least once or twice a day.

Week 4&5: Still making a casual attempt

Wow, it has been so busy. I'm still mildly attempting to set her on the potty at least once every two days. I've been so crazy-busy that it is hard to make that sacrifice and take the time out of my day. She has also been with the babysitter a couple times each week, and I haven't told the sitter to try it out yet.

Amaryllis seems to not be so interested in it. We have fewer successes (due to fewer attempts?) but when she is going in her diaper, she will point at her bum-- so I know she knows.

I think I will keep going at this pace until things slow down. She is close to walking and so much more curious. And cutting 2 new teeth, so I think she has a lot of developmental & physical milestones right now. I don't want to overload the poor kid!
